__ All surface areas/floors will be properly covered, keeping
     all your furnishing and light fixtures in mind
__ All electrical light covers and receptacles are removed
     prior to painting
__ All holes and surface cracks will be filled
__ Base boards, doors and surrounding windows will be
     caulked
__ Stains on walls or ceilings will be sealed to prevent bleed

__ Cleaning upon completion to the customer's
