After we thoroughly pressure wash the exterior prior to painting we make sure to remove all mildew and chalking for proper adhesion. Before we begin painting, we also take steps to inspect the surfaces of your home to ensure that there are no areas of concern in regards to wood rot or damages.
We sand, scrape and prime as well as fill any holes in all the wood surfaces where needed
We dredge 2" below ground level around the perimeter of the house using a rotary tip when pressure washing. This ensures that the sealing and painting are protecting the exterior all the way to the ground.
We apply Ospho as well as Rustoleum primer to all rust areas as needed.
We take our time to properly prep all of the non-painted surfaces including landscape, floors, windows, light/fan fixtures etc.
We seal all cracks with an elastomeric textured patch to ensure that none will be visible when the painting is complete.
Our topcoat includes a self priming paint with the proper "mil" thickness of the manufactures requirements. This is achieved by applying the paint with a sprayer (left to right) and a roller (top to bottom) to ensure the proper coverage. We apply a satin finish to the body of the house and a semi-gloss finish to the trim/doors to ensure a longer lasting paint job that is easier to maintain/clean.
We always make sure to apply the highest quality paints available!
